Can you buy Lightning Lane and Virtual Queue for Guardians? Guests are limited to one ride per day on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind using the Virtual Queue during regular park hours. This allows as many people as possible an opportunity to ride. However, it is possible to get into the Virtual Queue and also buy an Individual Lightning Lane to ride a second time.
What happens if I miss my virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy?
In most cases, guests who have been late to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind have been allowed to ride after scanning their park ticket at the attraction's entrance. Though this may not be the case for every day, especially during the parks' busy seasons.

Whether or not you've made your Theme Park Reservation for EPCOT on the day you wish to save the galaxy you will be able to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane reservation for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as long as you have the Park Hopper Option added on to your Theme Park Ticket.

This means that this ride is not included in the general cost per day for Genie+ but is available at a separate cost.
Can you do both virtual queue and lightning lane?
I am happy to report that you can make both a Lightning Lane reservation through Disney Genie+ and try to obtain a Boarding Group through a Virtual Queue at the same time. To do this, I would highly recommend having one person try for the Lightning Lane and one person try for the Virtual Queue.
Can you do 7AM and 1PM virtual queue?
If you received a boarding group at 7am, you cannot get another boarding group for that same attraction at 1pm. However, if you are eligible for the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, you can get a second boarding group from the 6pm virtual queue for the same attraction on the same day.

At 7 a.m. on the dot, you should aim to get your Virtual Queue spot first as they usually fill up the quickest. Then, immediately switch to purchasing your Individual Lightning Lane for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Afterward, make your reservation for Peter Pan's Flight.
