Can you buy an Express Pass for Hagrid? Hagrid's is one of only two attractions that is not included on Express Pass. The other, of course, is Pteranodon Flyers.

The only rides that do not have Express access in either park are Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure and Pteranodon Flyers at Universal Islands of Adventure. Jurassic World VelociCoaster is now available with Universal Express!

Can you ride the Hogwarts Express multiple times? Yes! As long as you carry a park-to-park ticket, you can go back and forth as many times as you wish between the parks.
Do you need express pass for wizarding world of Harry Potter?
As a general rule of thumb, we do not believe that you need the Universal Express Pass if your only goal is to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In fact, we believe the most important thing to consider is making sure that you are taking advantage of early park admission.
