Can obelisk use its effect? Once Obelisk hits the field you can do one of two things with it: attack or activate its effect. “Obelisk the Tormentor” has a unique power that lets you Tribute 2 monsters to destroy all of your opponent's monsters. You can even Tribute Obelisk itself with this effect after you Special Summon it.
