Can I use my Railcard on the day it expires? Yes. Your Railcard is valid up until and including the date shown on your Railcard.
Do they check Railcard on trains?
Yes. You must show your valid Railcard when you buy your ticket. You also need to have your Railcard with you on each journey and present it to staff when your ticket is checked aboard the train.

A: You can travel on Two Together Railcard discounted tickets from 09:30am Monday to Friday and at any time on weekends and public holidays. Two Together Railcard discounted tickets cannot be used between 04:30am and 09:29am Monday to Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Two adults can be named as cardholders on your Family & Friends Railcard. The two adults don't need to travel together but you do need to be travelling with at least one child between the ages of 5 and 15 to be eligible for the discount.
Can you use a train ticket any time of day?
You can buy Anytime tickets at any time before you travel, and you can use your Anytime ticket to travel on any train on the route shown. You can also break your journey at stations along the route. Anytime tickets have no restrictions on what time you can travel.
Can I use my boyfriends Railcard?
No. The Railcard is for your use only, and provides discounts only on tickets bought for your own use. It does not cover anyone accompanying you.
