The 26–30 has a minimum fare of £12 between 04:30 and 10:00 on weekdays. The 16–25 has the same restriction, but the minimum does not apply to Advance fares, and it does not apply during July and August. Also you can use the 16–25 Railcard on the Caledonian Sleeper, but not 26–30.

How strict are Railcard photos?
Your head and shoulders should be in close-up, with your face clearly visible and filling approximately 70% of the frame (in the same way it would for a passport or driving licence). The image must be in sharp focus. Please make sure that your face is not obscured by hats or hair.
Can I use my ticket on a different train if mine is Cancelled?
Sometimes they'll even say that your itinerary or tickets are even invalid! Don't worry, though, they're not invalid. If a train is cancelled (and that's what's happened here) you're entitled to take the next train that matches any restrictions on your ticket.
