Can I travel with a lost Railcard? If you've lost your card or forgotten it you can login to your account. If you have already purchased a discounted ticket and you can't access your Railcard you'll need to speak to station staff before getting on the train to exchange your ticket, otherwise onboard you may have to purchase a full price ticket.

In the unfortunate scenario where you lose your device, you can simply add your digital Railcard to a new device. If your Railcard is already associated to two devices, please log in to your account and you will find an option to Manage your devices for any active Railcards you own.
