Can I take cetirizine to Japan? Cetirizine is legal in Japan. I've brought in a bunch from the US since it's cheaper, in Japan it is prescription, but there's nothing illegal about brining it in for personal use. Some second generation antihistimes sold in Japan as OTC include Allegra. Thanks for the advice on the touts..
