Can I share my Marriott status? Please remember Marriott Bonvoy® Membership Accounts cannot be shared (between two individuals or family members). Major Name changes require legal documentation.


How do I add a second guest name to my Marriott account?

You can select two (2) Guests when making a paid reservation, but you cannot add or edit an Additional Name. Please contact us by phone (cannot be done online or in the Marriott Bonvoy® Mobile App) if you are traveling with another Guest who will be arriving first and need to add another name.


Can my spouse use my Marriott free night?

You can only use your Marriott Bonvoy® Points to Gift an Award Redemption Reservation to another Guest You cannot use a Free Night Award Certificate to book a Room for another Guest.


Can multiple people use Marriott mobile key?

With Mobile Key you can also access secure guest areas of the hotel, like the fitness center, pool, lounge, and parking garage. Can more than one person have Mobile Key for a room? Your Mobile Key is tied to your Marriott Bonvoy member number, so we're only able to offer one Mobile Key per room at this time.
