Can I ride the Disney Skyliner for free? You can ride the Disney Skyliner cable-car system for FREE and get some great views of Walt Disney World from above. Each cabin can hold up to 10 people, and can accommodate people with wheelchairs, scooters (ECVs) and strollers.
