Can I renew my Disneyland pass at the park? Please note that we are currently pausing new sales of Magic Key passes. At this time, current Magic Key holders may have the opportunity—during their renewal window (currently 30 days prior to the pass expiration date)—to renew into a pass made available within the program.


Can I renew my magic key in person?

You can call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 for assistance if you are getting close to the end of your renewal window. If you prefer to receive help in person, you can visit a ticket booth located outside of the theme parks.


How do we renew our Magic Key Pass?

All you have to do is log into your account on the Official Disneyland website, then go to disneyland.disney.go.com/passes/renew/ within 30 days before your Magic Key expires. During that time, you will even have the opportunity to switch to a different level Key if you wish!


What happens when your Magic Key pass expires?

A Pass will expire if it is not activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase, and upon expiration, such expired Pass may no longer be activated or have park reservations scheduled for it, and any existing park reservations for such Pass will be cancelled.

How do I renew my expired Disney pass?

There are 3 convenient ways to renew your Annual Pass:
  1. Renew online.
  2. Renew at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or Disney Springs Guest Relations location.
  3. Renew over the phone by calling (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Yes! You can link Annual Passes to family and friends if they are connected to your Family & Friends list. Link an Annual Pass to My Disney Experience. After you have entered the Annual Pass ID numbers (printed on the pass), you will be asked to match each pass with a person on your Family & Friends list.


What if I forgot to renew my Disney annual pass?

You do have up to 30 days after your pass has expired to complete your renewal process. If you do not renew during that window, you will not be able to purchase another pass until the sale of new Annual Passes has resumed. Renewing your Annual Passholder benefits can be completed online or by calling (407) 560-7277.


How do I know if my Disney pass is expired?

Scroll down until you see My Profile and select that. This will take you to another page with a lot of different account settings but at the top, there should be a Membership & Passes option. Once you click on that option you'll see your annual pass listed with the expiration date.
