Can I refund my Railcard? Unfortunately once a Railcard has been issued it is non-refundable.
Can I use my Network Railcard before 10am?
You can use your Network Railcard to get discounts on tickets for travel from 10:00am Mondays to Fridays and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please note, the 10:00am Monday to Friday Network Railcard time restriction applies to all ticket types.
Why is Trainline not letting me refund?
Refund Processing/ Refund - Action Required – Before we can process your refund we may need you to return your tickets. Refund Rejected– We're unable to refund your tickets. This could be because you've scanned your eticket or activated your Mobile Ticket.
What is the Trainline refund policy?
You can refund unused Anytime and Off-Peak tickets up to 28 days after the expiry of the ticket. If you already have your original tickets, you'll need to return them to us, unused, before we can refund you and you'll need to cover any costs to return your tickets to us.
Why does Trainline payment never work?
Your card may have expired, or you might have typed in the numbers wrong. You might have selected the wrong card type, or it might be a card type we don't accept. Check if your card type is accepted. Your card issuer might have declined the transaction.
Can I get a refund on my 16-17 Railcard?
No. Unfortunately once the 16-17 Saver has been issued it is non-refundable.
Are railcards worth it?
While railcards might seem like an expensive investment for those who don't regularly travel by train, do not underestimate their worth. Most railcards mean you could save up to 1/3 on train fares.
Can I get a refund on a rail ticket?
All Fares. Full refund to original form of payment if changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of time elapsed between purchase and scheduled departure (within one hour for tickets on unreserved services). “No Show” Policy: After departure, all fares are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Can I use my boyfriends Railcard?
No. The Railcard is for your use only, and provides discounts only on tickets bought for your own use. It does not cover anyone accompanying you.
