Registration and purchase of a valid Rutgers parking permission is required at all times for all vehicles parked within the jurisdictional areas of Rutgers University. Faculty, staff, and students must register any vehicle they intend to bring on campus. Students, faculty and staff shall NOT create visitor accounts.
