Can I get a digital Railcard if I already have a Railcard? Unfortunately you can only have one version of your Railcard – either plastic or digital. Once you have purchased your Railcard you cannot change the type of Railcard you have.
Can I get a Two Together Railcard instantly?
If you paid for Special Delivery and placed your order before 15:45pm, your Two Together Railcard will be delivered within two days (Monday to Thursday) or three days (Friday to Sunday). If you have purchased a digital Two Together Railcard, it will be available to use straight away.
Can I add my Railcard digitally?
After ordering your digital Railcard you will be sent an email which contains a download code. You will use this download code to add your digital Railcard on your phone or device.
Can I travel with a lost Railcard?
If you've lost your card or forgotten it you can login to your account. If you have already purchased a discounted ticket and you can't access your Railcard you'll need to speak to station staff before getting on the train to exchange your ticket, otherwise onboard you may have to purchase a full price ticket.

Digital Railcards are stored within the Railcard app on your smart phone or tablet, meaning there's no need to carry the physical card around with you. They can be stored on up to two devices and used quicker than plastic Railcards as they do not need to be sent in the post.

You can store your digital Railcard on up to two devices at a time. If you want to add it a third, you will need to remove it from one of your existing devices using the steps descirbed above.
Do they check your Railcard on trains?
Yes. You must show your valid Railcard when you buy your ticket. You also need to have your Railcard with you on each journey and present it to staff when your ticket is checked aboard the train.
Can I add digital Railcard to Oyster?
Yes, digital equivalents of the accepted railcards (I.e. not Network, Two Together or Family & Friends) can be added to Oyster cards; obviously you will need to have your phone fully functioning for it to be valid.
