Can I find my Railcard online? To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased. Then tap on Download Railcard to download it to your device.

Railcard are available offline for a period of up to 72 hours. The Railcard app on your device will continue to show your digital Railcard as long as your mobile device has connected to the internet at some point within the last 72 hours.
Do they check railcards?
Do they always check Railcard? A: Yes. You must show your valid Network Railcard (digital or plastic) when you buy your ticket and travel on the train. Failure to present a valid Railcard will mean you have to pay a full fare or you may on certain services be liable for a Penalty Fare.

How do I add my Trainline Railcard to Apple wallet?
- On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
- Tap the Add button .
- Tap Travel Card to add a new travel card or tap Previous Card to add a travel card that you've previously added to the Wallet app.
- Choose a travel card from the list, or search by location or card name.
What happens if I lose my digital Railcard?
In the unfortunate scenario where you lose your device, you can simply add your digital Railcard to a new device. If your Railcard is already associated to two devices, please log in to your account and you will find an option to Manage your devices for any active Railcards you own.
