Can I charge my phone on Eurostar? Keeping devices fully charged is non-negotiable. Our continental trains have individual electrical outlets to charge your phones, computers and other devices. We have UK and European power sockets at every seat on our trains. We also have USB sockets in Standard Premier and Business Premier.

How long is the Eurostar train journey from London to Paris? The Eurostar can take up to 2hrs 37mins from London to Paris, however, most of our trains will take you to Paris in only 2hrs 16mins.
How far in advance do you have to be at the Eurostar?
Eurostar recommends that you get to London St Pancras around an hour and 15 minutes before departure. This will give you enough time to clear security and passport control (for both the UK and France), and then wait in the departure lounge until the platform is announced.

Yes! Every seat on an Azuma comes with a stand UK plug socket and also a USB port in First Class. On our older electric trains, there are two plugs at each table in Standard and a plug at each seat in First Class. Minor delays on some routes - Check to see if your journey is affected.

Yes. Train journeys are thirsty work, so we have all your food and drink needs covered. Eurostar Café offers a wide range of meals, snacks and drinks. If you are travelling in Premium, a catering service at your seat is included with your booking.

European Voltage is usually 220, and the US is 110. So things without a transformer need a converter. You DO need an adapter to plug things in (unless the hotel has some universal plugs, which the Park Hyatt does, I believe have). DO NOT EXPECT YOUR HAIRDRYER, CURLING IRONS or other devices to work in Europe.
