Can dogs go to Crystal Cove? Dogs ARE ONLY WELCOME on the 3-mile paved multi-use bluff trail on the coastal side of Pacific Coast Highway, in parking lots, on the ramps, or on any paved surfaces, and must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are NOT PERMITTED on any of the backcountry hiking trails, on the beach, or at the Beachcomber Café.
