Can Disney annual passholders park hop before 2pm? You may park hop as early as 2 p.m. (subject to theme park capacity). Currently, the only annual pass available for purchase is for Florida residents only. It is called the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, and it does, like all annual passes, include the option to park hop!
