Can a partially waitlisted ticket be Cancelled? Automatic cancellation and refund by IRCTC is done only in case where the full ticket against one PNR stands waitlisted at the time of chart preparation. There is not auto-cancellation and auto-refund for partial WL/RAC ticket.
