Can a company refuse to cancel a subscription? If a website won't cancel a paid for subscription, despite every effort I have made to do so, what can I do? They are breaking the law, if you have clearly requested cancelling the subscription and they are not doing it. Even a long term contract needs to have a cancellation policy.
