Are toilets free at Victoria Station? Toilets, accessible toilets and changing places Accessible toilets can be accessed using a Radar key. If you don't have a Radar key of your own, please speak to a member of station staff or one of our cleaning team who will open for you. The toilets are free to use and are open during station opening hours.
